- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

- 3 cm Ginger (finely sliced)
- 4 large Dried red chillies (cut into small pieces)
- 200 g Broccolini (sliced in half lengthways)
- 2 Baby bok choy (halved)
- 1 tbsp Chinese salted black beans (optional)
- ¼ cup Oyster sauce

Instructions
- Combine the steak slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, baking soda, and corn flour in a bowl. Mix well and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the stir-fry sauce by rinsing the Chinese salted black beans. Finely chop and mix with oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, ground black pepper, and white vinegar.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and dried red chilies. Stir-fry for 10 seconds until aromatic.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan, spreading the strips out. Sear for a minute, then stir-fry until brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate broccolini and stir-fry for a minute. Then add bok choy and stir-fry sauce, cooking until bok choy wilts and sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice for a complete meal.
