This batido de mamey is a creamy Cuban milkshake made with just 5 ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mamey
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Cut the mamey in half lengthwise, just like you’d slice an avocado, and remove the seed.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the mamey flesh and try not to eat all of it.
- Add the mamey, milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and ice to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- This shake is super cold, thick, refreshing, and full of nostalgia.
