  • 60 g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) soft light brown sugar (adds subtle richness)
  • 0.25 tsp grated nutmeg (for warm spice flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to create the perfect baking environment.
  2. Slice the bananas into even pieces, about 1/2 inch thick, and layer them gently across the bottom of your pie dish.
  3. Spread the carnation caramel evenly over the bananas, leveling the top with the back of a spoon.
