This Banana Caramel Nut Cheesecake is rich, creamy, and layered with sweet banana flavor, buttery caramel, and crunchy nuts. It works beautifully as a holiday treat, dinner party centerpiece, or make-ahead dessert.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 bananas, sliced (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add brown sugar and mix until creamy.
- Blend in mashed bananas, then add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth and silky.
- Pour filling over crust. Place pan in a water bath and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 55–65 minutes.
- Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with banana slices, caramel sauce, and chopped nuts.
