- 0.33 cups sour cream
- 2 cups mashed bananas (about 4 large ripe bananas)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a mixer bowl, beat the butter and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.

- Stir in the sour cream, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until well combined.
