Delicious Baked Turkey Apple Breakfast Meatballs to Savor
Ingredients

- 1 lb Lean ground turkey
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 cup Gala, red, or honey crisp apple (diced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 slices Turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 small White or yellow onion (diced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 large Egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small bits.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1¼ to 1½ inches in diameter.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each meatball.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later.
