  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 cup Gala, red, or honey crisp apple (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 small White or yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small bits.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1¼ to 1½ inches in diameter.
  5. Arrange on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each meatball.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness.
