  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, beat together sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pipe batter into donut pans, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 12–14 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched.
  7. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Coat with cinnamon sugar or desired glaze before serving.
