- 1 wheel Brie Cheese
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 1/2 cup Fig Jam
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 large Beaten Egg
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Center the cold brie wheel on the pastry, spread fig jam over the top, then sprinkle walnuts around.
- Fold the pastry corners over the brie, sealing tightly to avoid leaks.
- Brush the exterior with beaten egg, then place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Rest the baked brie for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
