  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1/2 cup Fig Jam
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 large Beaten Egg
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  3. Center the cold brie wheel on the pastry, spread fig jam over the top, then sprinkle walnuts around.
  4. Fold the pastry corners over the brie, sealing tightly to avoid leaks.
  5. Brush the exterior with beaten egg, then place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
