Scale
- 24 cookies Oreo Cookies
- 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 large Egg Yolks
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Pecans
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Melt unsalted butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds and mix with cookie crumbs. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Pour over the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter until fully combined.

- Pour the cooled coconut-pecan topping over the ganache layer and spread evenly. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
