Delicious and healthy no-bake bars made with dates, nuts, and chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the dates and mixed nuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
