- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- 1 tablespoon tallow (or vegetable oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat the tallow (or vegetable oil) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the bottom buns, then place the cheeseburger patties on top.
- Top with the crispy bacon and the top buns.
