  • 2 Avocados, ripe (Opt for ripe but firm to avoid mushiness)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, diced (Can substitute with shallots for milder taste)
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped (Swap with chopped cucumbers if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped (Can be replaced with parsley or dill)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Fresh juice yields the best results)
  • Salt & Pepper (Season to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl. Mash the avocado until creamy but still slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in the diced red onion, chopped celery, and fresh cilantro.
  3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, and mix well.
