Apple pie cake pops are a delightful and easy fall dessert that combines the flavors of traditional apple pie with the fun of cake pops.

- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup of apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Add the apple pie filling and cinnamon to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the cake balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into each cake ball.
- Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Sprinkle with additional toppings if desired and place back on the parchment paper.
- Let the cake pops set until the chocolate hardens.
