Description
This easy air fryer summer squash is a quick, no-fuss side dish made with simple seasonings and ready in minutes. The squash cooks up tender with lightly golden edges and pairs perfectly with just about any main dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: grated Parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced squash to a large bowl along with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
- Place the squash in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed so the pieces aren’t overcrowded.

- Serve warm, with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan if you’d like.
