- 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Optional: ketchup, aioli, or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: After washing the potatoes, cut each one into evenly sized wedges. Pat the wedges dry with a paper towel.
- Season the wedges: Toss the potato wedges with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
- Air fry the wedges: Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
- Serve the wedges: Transfer the cooked wedges to a serving platter. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve with dipping sauces.
