- 14 pieces mini sweet peppers (cut lengthwise and seeded)
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil (for coating the peppers)
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese (grated or cheddar)
- 2 stalks green onion (finely chopped)
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for added heat)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated mozzarella, chopped green onion, garlic powder, salt, and optional sriracha. Stir well until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
- Slice the tops off the mini sweet peppers, then cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove any seeds.
- Drizzle the avocado oil over the halved peppers. Gently toss to ensure each pepper is well-coated.
- Generously fill each pepper half with the creamy cheese mixture, pressing down lightly.
- Place about six stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket. Set to Bake at 360°F for 8 minutes.
- Remove the peppers from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
