These Easter Rice Krispie treats are soft, gooey, and packed with festive fun. - 6 cups rice krispies
- 10 oz. bag jumbo marshmallows
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- ¼ cup pastel sprinkles
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted
- 1 cup Cadbury’s Mini Eggs, chopped
- 9 Peeps
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking pan with butter or nonstick spray and set it aside.
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat and fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Gently stir in the pastel sprinkles and mini marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and use a spatula to press it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped Cadbury eggs evenly over the top, then drizzle with melted chocolate, spreading it out as evenly as possible.
- Arrange the Peeps on top, placing nine in total so each future square has one.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until the treats are firm.
- Slice into nine squares and enjoy your festive Easter treats.
